#Pocahontas would have been shamed in her Fathers eyes, she knew that and she accepted it. But her talents, and the talents of her people was the only thing that had kept them alive while the world was being destroyed.
Pre-Plague Pocahontas ran an underground business, making ammo on the rez and selling it above asking price, now that the dead are returning, she and her people still make ammo, dealing it out and in return they are given food, medical supplies, and anything else they need to survive. The plague did not dwindle the numbers on the rez, but it added to them, since the plague, the chief has made it his goal to collect people, putting them to work. One of those men being #JohnSmith, the most loyal of all the servants because he has been with Pocahontas and the others since the start, doing the bidding of her people, he has seen first hand what happens when you disobey the Chief.
