Tucked away in the sprawling urban jungle that is London, lies a luxury apartment building that houses the city's elite. With the remainder of the city having fallen to the plague, the building is the last strong hold for those who wish to survive the fallout. But even the most secure building isn't as safe as it seems. When the residents begin to contract the virus, trouble soon follows.
Though the most prominent members of the affluent community come down with the deadly disease, it comes as a shock to all when they wind up surviving. But even surviving has a cost. Pale skin and bloodshot eyes are the least of the residents' worries when one by one some of the building's inhabitants go missing, the mystery only deepens when Jane stumbles upon one of the afflicted feeding on one of the missing residents.
